ArchivedCrestron Troubleshooting Guide
After a brief power outage my Crestron unit is no longer working. It controls audio and lighting throughout the house. I have tried to reboot without success. I bought the house with the unit already installed so I don't have any manuals etc. The Control processor does not have any lights on. The other components have lights on. The Audio Dist. Processor is blinking red lights; the RF Gateway is blinking as well. I am having difficulty finding anyone who can help with a repair. I am told by a specialist that it likely needs an $80 internal component but unfortunately he lives out of state. Can anyone be of assistance?
